Manifesto
Friction is more useful than praise.
Review sites are built to collect satisfaction. Muserift is built to study the moments where workflows break, workarounds pile up, and people start asking for something better.
Why this exists
Feature wishlists can be aspirational. Complaints are anchored in actual work. They reveal who is struggling, what they already tried, how often the problem appears, and which words people use when they describe the pain to each other.
Muserift starts there: not with broad market categories, but with the friction people repeat in public when existing tools do not quite serve them.
